Terms and Conditions for IITPSA (Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa) members when purchasing ESET Home Security software

1. Subscription Plans:
a. IITPSA members are eligible to purchase ESET Home Security Software subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. Subscription plans include access to ESET's home security software suite with regular updates and customer support.

2. Payment Options:
a. Members can choose to pay for their subscription using the following payment methods: credit/debit card, Debit Order or bank transfer
b. Payments are processed securely through Eyotech Systems (Pty) Ltd authorized bank:
    Branch Code: 198765
c. Prices for subscription plans are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Subscription Activation:
a. Upon successful payment, members will receive an activation key via email to activate their ESET Home Security Software subscription
(Eyotech Systems will provide free Installation)

4. Subscription Renewal:

a. Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically each month until cancelled by the member.
b. Yearly subscriptions will renew automatically each year until cancelled by the member.
c. Members will be notified via email before the renewal date and provided with an option to cancel their subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy:
a. Members can cancel their subscription at any time through contacting accounts@eyotechsystems.com
b. Cancellation requests made before the end of the current billing cycle will prevent automatic renewal for the following cycle.
c. Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

6. Refund Policy
a. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. License Agreement:
a. By purchasing a subscription, members agree to abide by ESET's End User License Agreement available on Eyotech Systems Webstore
b. The software provided under the subscription is licensed for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
c. Delivery Time after payment will be 2 to 3 working days.

8. Support:
a. Members are entitled to access ESET's customer support services for assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries through Eyotech Systems.
b. Support is available via email and phone during business hours.

9. Privacy Policy:
a. Eyotech Systems respects members' privacy and handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b. Personal information provided during the purchase process is used only for subscription management and support purposes.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.

By purchasing a subscription to ESET Home Security Software, IITPSA members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
